How the App Works
The driver app is a mobile web app (PWA) you use from your phone's browser. It tracks your status in real time, records your deliveries, and communicates directly with the dispatcher. You will use it every single shift — from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

1
Open your phone browser (Safari on iPhone, Chrome on Android) and go to the app link provided by your dispatcher.
You will need the app URL. Your dispatcher or manager will send this to you via text when you are set up.
2
Log in with the email and password provided to you.
Enter your credentials on the login screen and tap Sign In.
Do NOT share your login with anyone. Each driver has a unique account tied to their profile.
3
Install the app to your home screen for easy access.
On iPhone: tap the Share button (box with arrow) at the bottom, then tap "Add to Home Screen". On Android: tap the 3-dot menu, then "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App".
Installing as a PWA lets the app work offline and gives you faster access. It will appear like a regular app on your phone.
4
Allow notifications when the app asks.
Tap Allow when prompted. This ensures you get an alert and vibration when the dispatcher assigns you a load.
If you deny notifications, you will NOT be alerted when a load is assigned. You must go back to your phone settings and enable them.

Required Before Going Active
You MUST complete a pre-trip inspection before you can join the waitlist. It is a DOT requirement. Skipping it will prevent you from being dispatched.
1
Tap the green "Go Active" button on the Home tab.
This will automatically launch the pre-trip inspection form.
2
Walk around your truck and trailer. Inspect each section shown on screen.
The app will guide you through: Front Vehicle, Front Tires & Brakes, Driver Side, Passenger Side, Rear Tires & Brakes, Trailer/5th Wheel, Rear Vehicle, Engine Compartment, In-Cab, and Load Securement.
3
For each section, answer YES, NO, or FAIL for every question.
YES = Good condition. FAIL = Item needs attention. NO = Item not present/applicable.
4
Take a photo of each section when prompted.
Point your camera at the area and tap the camera button. The photo is required — you cannot skip it.
Blurry or missing photos will be flagged by the safety team. Take clear, well-lit photos.
5
If any item shows FAIL, describe the issue in the repair notes field.
Entering repair notes does NOT mean you can't work. It means the fleet team will be notified to schedule a fix.
6
Enter your current odometer reading when prompted.
7
Sign the inspection using your finger on the signature pad.
Draw your signature clearly. Tap Done when finished.
8
Tap Submit. You will automatically be added to the waitlist.
If your pre-trip PASSES, you move to Waiting status. If it FAILS, you will be marked PreTrip Failed and cannot be dispatched until issues are resolved.

1
After your pre-trip passes, you will see the Home tab.
The Home tab shows your current status, your waitlist position (if applicable), and your gross revenue for the current pay period.
2
Your Status shows where you are in the workflow.
Possible statuses:
• Waiting — You are on the waitlist
• Loading — You are at the facility being loaded
• In Transit — You are driving to the well
• At Well — You have arrived at the well
• Delivered — Load is complete
Your status is updated by you (via the Load tab buttons) and by the dispatcher.
3
Waitlist Position # shows where you are in line.
The lower the number, the sooner you will get a load. #1 means you are next up.
Stay near the top of the list by arriving on time and completing loads efficiently.
4
Gross Revenue shows your total earnings for the current pay period.
This updates automatically every time a delivery is recorded. It does NOT include deductions — that is shown on your remittance.
5
To end your shift, tap the red "Go Inactive" button.
You will be prompted to complete a post-trip inspection first. After completing it, you will move to Inactive status.
Do not leave without going inactive. The dispatcher cannot see you are done for the day unless you tap Go Inactive.

Locations
When a load is assigned to you:
Your phone will vibrate, play an alert sound, and automatically switch to the Load tab. The Load tab button also becomes active in the bottom navigation.
1
Head to the Loading Facility
The Load tab shows the name of your assigned facility. Use the navigation buttons to get directions.
A
Tap "Apple" to open in Apple Maps (iPhone) or "Google" to open in Google Maps.
B
You can also tap Copy to copy the GPS coordinates and paste them into any map app.
C
When you arrive at the facility, tap the large green "I Arrived at Facility" button.
This tells the dispatcher you are at the facility and updates your status to Loading.

Get Loaded — Enter BOL Details
Once you arrive and get loaded, you need to capture your Bill of Lading (BOL) ticket and enter the load details.
A
Tap "Take BOL Photo" and take a clear photo of your BOL ticket.
Point your camera at the printed ticket. The app will try to automatically scan and fill in the BOL number and weights.
The auto-scan works most of the time but is not perfect. Always verify the fields are correct after scanning.
B
Verify or enter the BOL Number (required).
This is the Bill of Lading number printed on your ticket.
C
Enter the Load Number (optional but recommended).
D
Enter the Gross Weight in pounds (required).
Example: 80000
E
Enter the Net/Load Weight in pounds (required).
This is the weight of the sand only (gross minus tare). Example: 48000
Do not confuse gross weight with net weight. Gross = total truck + load. Net = sand only.
F
Tap the blue "In Transit to Well" button.
Your status updates to In Transit and you will now see the well navigation screen.

Drive to the Well
The app shows the well name and GPS navigation options.
A
Use Apple Maps or Google Maps buttons to navigate to the well GPS coordinates.
B
Tap "Turn-by-Turn Directions" button to see written directions if available.
Some wells have custom directions for the last few miles on dirt roads where GPS may not be accurate.
Spanish-speaking drivers: directions are automatically translated to Spanish for you.
C
When you arrive at the well site, tap the amber "Arrived at Well" button.
You must be physically at the well location to tap this. The app uses your GPS to verify you are within the required distance.
4
Confirm Delivery
After unloading, confirm the delivery to complete the load.
A
Once you have finished unloading, tap the green "Delivered" button.
You must be within the GPS geofence of the well to tap Delivered. If you tap it and get an error about distance, you may be in the wrong location or GPS is inaccurate.
B
The delivery is automatically recorded and your revenue is updated.
You will automatically be placed back on the waitlist and return to Waiting status. Repeat the load cycle as needed.

Locations
The Locations tab is a reference list of all active wells. Use it to look up GPS coordinates when needed.
1
Tap the Locations tab (pin icon) in the bottom navigation.
2
Use the search bar to find a specific well by name.
3
Tap any well to expand it and see coordinates for the well and staging pad (if available).
4
Use the Apple or Google map buttons to open navigation directly to that location.
5
Use Copy to copy coordinates and paste into any app.
The Locations tab is available even when you are not on a load. Use it to plan routes or familiarize yourself with well locations.
Required at End of Every Shift
You must complete a post-trip inspection before going inactive. This is both a DOT requirement and company policy.
1
Tap the red "Go Inactive" button on the Home tab.
If you have not done your post-trip today, the inspection form will open automatically.
2
Inspect your vehicle and answer all questions.
The post-trip covers vehicle condition, interior condition, and issues encountered during the trip.
3
Take all required photos for each section.
4
Report any issues in the Issues Encountered field.
Be honest and thorough. This protects you and the company by documenting the truck's condition at the end of your shift.
5
Sign the inspection with your finger on the signature pad.
6
Tap Submit. You will automatically be moved to Inactive status.

Locations
The app is designed to work even without cell service. This is important when driving in remote areas near wells.
1
When offline, a yellow or red banner appears at the top of the screen.
It shows "No Internet Connection" and how many actions are queued.
2
You can still complete deliveries, update your status, and record BOL data while offline.
All actions are saved locally on your phone and will sync automatically when you get back in range.
3
When you regain internet, the banner shows "Syncing..." and uploads your queued data.
You can also manually tap the Sync button on the banner to force an upload when you have internet.
4
Make sure you open the app at the start of each day while connected to download the latest well and rate data.
If you open the app for the first time offline, some data may be missing. Always open the app at home or in town first.
When a dispatcher assigns you a load, the app will alert you in multiple ways:
Vibration
Your phone vibrates in a distinct pattern (3 pulses)
Notification
A push notification appears on your screen with the well name
Auto-Switch
The app automatically switches to the Load tab
1
Keep the app open (or at least running in the background) during your shift.
If you close the app completely, you may not receive alerts. Keep it running.
2
Keep your phone volume on or vibration enabled during your shift.
3
If notifications do not work, go to your phone Settings → App/Notifications → find the browser (Safari/Chrome) → enable notifications.
Access settings by tapping the gear icon in the top-right corner of the app.
1
Tap the gear icon (gear) in the top right of the header.
2
Switch language between English and Spanish.
The entire app interface, including all button labels and directions, will change to your preferred language.
Spanish-speaking drivers: turn-by-turn directions to wells are automatically translated when Spanish is selected.
3
Tap "Back" (arrow icon) to return to the main dashboard.
Settings do not affect your status or any dispatch data — only the display language and your own preferences.
